Effective January 1, 2026, Florence Water & Sewer will be changing to Xpress Bill Pay.  You will need your utility billing account number to complete the online enrollment process.  If you have any questions, please let us know.

NOW AVAILABLE!!!  ACH (e-check) payments are now available for normal and recurring (auto) payment methods.  Enrollment in auto pay will become effective starting with the next bill generated.  Any outstanding balance at the time of enrollment WILL NOT be paid by auto pay.  CHANGES MADE TO AUTO PAY WILL RESULT IN RESETTING THE AUTO PAY TO BE EFFECTIVE THE NEXT BILL.
